About the Show

In the Big City, true love is increasingly hard to achieve. But what if brave souls, yearning for romance and a loving partnership, agree to a provocative proposal: getting married at first sight? This groundbreaking format offers a shockingly novel twist on the relationship, dating and wedding space. Four experts – a therapist, anthropologist, spiritualist and clinical psychologist – will create what they believe are three perfect couples. The twist is that these couples will never meet or know each other until they walk down the aisle and see each other face to face – for the first time – at the altar. Each self-contained episode will track classic lifestyle stories of newlyweds: the honeymoon; early nesting; meeting the in-laws; and other universally relatable events of married life. Will they remain together in the end, or decide to separate?
